Day 2

Well, the first actual day is almost over. I had workout number one this morning at Muscles and Curves. I worked on upper body and did pretty good until I got to biceps and that was when I hit the wall. I always do...Biceps are not my favorite muscles to work out. All in all I will be rather sore in the morning. I have cardio and abs tomorrow. That is always a fun day especially when you also realize how truly out of shape you are. But in a month it will be great to run on the treadmill for ten minutes and not even be winded.

I am about to have my sixth meal for today and I am excited about how good I feel already. My total caloric intake for today has been somewhere in between 1000 and 1200 calories. I do feel a little hungry but it is a good feeling that I have not felt in a long time. I believe that I have drank enough water to sink a battleship and my whole body feels better for it.

All right the moment that you all have been waiting for...the weigh in.


DAY 1- 350 lbs.


Actually somewhere over 350 but that is as high as the scale goes...I am embarrassed and ashamed of how bad I have let my self get... However, it is fuel for the journey...It will be my motivation... So that someday I will have an opportunity to shop for clothes at a store that's name doesn't have "big" or "XL" in it. So that I can go to Six Flags and ride all of the rides. It will happen and I know that I can do it by the grace of God.

I give Him all of the glory for this day and for the day that I will finally be half the man that I am now.
