Things are still going great! I had a free day for eating on Friday and it is amazing how yucky you feel after you eat free food. We had pizza on Friday and once again I realized how terrible the Vineyard family eating habits were before we started eating healthy. Just so you know we are not on a diet we have had a lifestyle change...
So here are the do's and don'ts for this week: The Frozen Microwavable Tilapia from Gordon's...Right off the bat three words that should never go together... microwavable frozen fish es no bueno and I love fish... Not only did it stink up the plate it will stink up the house as well so it is better if the Gordon's fisherman sticks to catching sticks. The second shopping mishap for the Vineyard's this week was the South Beach Living Garlic, Rosemary and Herbs Multi Grain Wraps. I now know why the people in South Beach are so skinny....They enjoy eating dirt...I will mention that this was purchased by accident. However, that will never happen again!
For those of you that live in Texas stick with Mission whole wheat tortillas...they have been making them for a while and they seem to know what they are doing. 1 Tortilla has 80 Calories, 2g fat, 12 carbs, and 3g of protein.
Another great from this week was a pasta salad made with Ronzoni's whole wheat spiral pasta. We added precooked fajita chicken meat that can be found in the meat section of the store (not in the frozen foods) for $2.50. We also added some chopped black olives, cherry tomatoes, and added a low fat olive oil and vinegar dressing. It only took the amount of time to cook the pasta and mix, so dinner was really simple and really good.
I have cardio tomorrow and weigh in on Friday...Sweet! Pray for my family this week we all seem to have some sort of congestion...I give Him all of the glory for this day and for the day that I will finally be half the man that I am now.

Keep up the good work! I just threw away a whole bunch of really yummy cookies. I've been noticing a difference in the way I feel when I eat too many sweets. Skinny people need good diets too I guess.
